ABOUT
Thibaut Buccellato is a French writer and director.
Since buying his first MiniDV camera at 11, he has written and directed
a body of short films exploring intimacy, love and human connection.
His films include ‘Loving’, ‘How to say Goodbye’, ‘It’s Gonna be Okay”,
with work featured by NOWNESS and screened at festivals internationally.
He shoots predominantly on 16mm and 35mm film and is currently
developping his deabut feature, set in New York.
Also visual researcher and treatment designer for over 10 years,
Thibaut builds director's decks for commercial and narrative projects.
He has worked with production companies including:
HBO, DIVISION, SUPERPRIME, NETFLIX, RESET,
ICONOCLAST, RIFF RAFF, PHANTASM, HENRY, SKYDANCE...
